What we process and why
Delivering and securing the website
When you visit, your browser sends your IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser type and referring page. Our host, Cloudflare, processes this to deliver pages, protect against attacks and abuse, and enforce rate limits. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare keeps such logs for a short period; we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Programmatic access (MCP)
If you connect to our data interface, we process your IP address and request details in the same way to deliver responses and apply fair-use limits. If we introduce access keys, we will process the e-mail address you register with only to issue the key and contact you about the service (Art. 6(1)(b)), and we will update this notice before doing so.
Contacting us
If you e-mail us, we use your message and address only to reply, and delete them when no longer needed, at the latest three years after our last exchange.
Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies. The site stores two display preferences in your browser's local storage (the sort order of the homepage cards and the depth of the methodology page). They never leave your device and are strictly necessary to provide the setting you chose, so no consent is required. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
Third parties
Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our processor for hosting and security under its data processing addendum. It may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else. Fonts, scripts and map data are self-hosted; your browser contacts no other domain. External links (for example to Koyfin or data publishers) are subject to those sites' own policies once you follow them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, in France the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Changes
We will post any change here and update the date above.
